Matthew 24:21 Jesus said, For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be. (end) 40 some years later, the Jewish Historian Josephus (who was born in 37AD, which was 4 years after Christs death and resurrection) and who probably did not know any of the Disciples personally, basically said the exact same words as Jesus, in the PREFACE to his historical annals, The War of The Jews to describe the massacre that took place during the Roman siege. Josephus exlaims that what befell the Jews at the hands of the Romans was the worst misfortune among mankind from the beginning of time and that it was so bad, nothing could be compared to it. *(READ FIRST COMMENT BELOW)*
