Max effort. After hitting a LOT of heavy snatches and heavy squat cleans my programming called for max touch and go cleans at 100kgs. This was rough.... especially when training by myself. PM session - 5 x 1 Snatch high pull + 1 hang snatch from power position - worked up to 90kgs 5 x 1 Hang clean (power position) + 1 front squat + 1 jerk - worked up to 115kgs 2 x Max unbroken cleans @ 100kgs - 6 , 5.
