May 1st Avenue Mall management need look on this, create a proper bicycle packing area for 1st avenue customer who ride bicycle, specially foreign tourist. on 1st AUG 2014 - 18.00pm. i saw 2 1st avenue security person arrange to cut off a bicycle lock at outside 1st avenue balustrade. feed back form security person due of 1st avenue management is not allow bicycle park and lock on around 1st avenue area balustrade. need cut the lock and remove the bicycle.!!!! may this is not a right action taken. 1）understand that 1st avenue out side no have proper facilitites or area for bicycle packing area. 2) now penang citizen & government is promote green and low carbon environment encourage ride bicycle. 3) if spoil the owner property (locker) without notice is illegal behavior. propose 1st avenue management create a proper area & facilities for 1st avenue customer to park their bicycle, and they can enjoy shopping & entertainment in 1st avenue and no worry for bicycle stolen For better future wish 1st avenue is the best choice for shopping, entertainment, dinning mall in Penang Island.
