May 4, 2014 Dear valued residents, Epic management has noticed an increased amount of cigarette butts and pet waste around the property. Epic is a nonsmoking community. This includes the garage area; if you would like to smoke please be a distance of 30ft from the property. Residents, who have 4 legged friends, please remember to have your furry friend on a leash at all times. Please, also remember to pick up after you furry friends. For your convenience, we have placed pet waste stations around the community complete with trash bags and bins. To help resolve these issues, Management will be citing residents who are caught smoking on the property, not cleaning up after their pet or allowing their pet(s) to relief themselves in the building i.e. hallways, staircases and patios. If you notice anyone please inform the resident services office. These issues will be addressed right away. Warm Regards, Epic Management
