Maybe its because the weekend is now in sight, or maybe cause the wind wasnt quite so bad today...but todays jaunt was a little more fun and less work than yesterdays! I thought I made a mistake by not throwing on the sweats as I headed out and felt an immediate windchill affect, but as the pace picked up as well as the heart rate, the coolness wore off and was nice being back out with bright sunshine filling the sky! Oh dont get me wrong, the wind was still there and strong, but it just didnt have the howling gusts that yesterdays breezes brought. Well be right back at it first thing after work tomorrow and with the weekend right around the corner, well be looking into logging some extra miles over the holiday weekend with the help of some great walking tunes like the old MTV favorite from a while back....when they actually played videos! ;) SOO ready for Friday and an extra long weekend ahead! youtu.be/kXt5NWY5Ay0
