Airline – Grass/Cleanup 6)Parish Councilman Alvin St. Pierre – general discussion items 7)Work Order – Willow St – CATS 8)Meeting – Senator Troy Brown , Betty Coleman, myself and citizens – fun day at water park for children Tuesday – July 16th 1)Updated Facebook 2)Meeting – LSR/Cargill/Town and Parish – Hot Water Canal – Field Visit - review of Right-of-ways 3)Meeting – Citizen questions/concerns 4)Fence issues – resolved Wednesday – July 17th 1)2nd Quarter Discharge Monitoring Reports – signed 2)Updated Face Book 3)Tall Grass letters sent – Elm St., N. Montz and S. Airline 4)Mosquito Control – Meeting with Steve Pavlovich of Mosquito Control Service – contract 5)Attended Parish Meeting – West Bank. Signed Mosquito Control contract Thursday – July 18th 1)Tall Grass Letters- Main St. and 8th street 2)Mosquito Control – Discussion with Parish – Francis Hymel – spray schedule discussion 3)Town has cut 2 properties – cost for cutting charges will be billed to land owner. 4)Complaint – Dogs – Ellis st 5)Complaint – resident 6)Lunch provided by worker Pete Perrilloux – actually his mom did the cooking – Thank you to Ms. Perrilloux – very good !! 7)Traffic – 18 wheeler traveled down E. Second Street – looking for LSR/Cargill – Pulled down numerous Power Lines, Cox cable, Phone lines etc. Earlier this week, 18 wheeler looking for LSR/Cargill also “ran over” fire hydrant at Sacred Heart Church. Another 18 wheeler was lost on Main Street looking for LSR/Cargill. After discussion with truck driver, the problem seems to be drivers looking for Cargill. I will send email to LSR. Friday – July 19th 1)Lamar Sign Company – needs to move sign located at N Montz and Main – New Town Sign will be going in this location. Sign arrival next week. 2)Water Plant – still having issues with water level in tower. Will review with all necessary personnel. 3)Town continues to have issues with Dogs and Cats. 4)Mosquito Control – First time Spraying took place between 8 and 11pm. 5)Updated Face Book 6)New Recycle Vendor, Progressive, will be starting next week. 8 yard bin will be installed at Gramercy Recreation Park and will be empted every Wednesday.
