McCallum Percussion Drum till you Drop is tonight. All night. They are drumming all.night.long. My girl on the right, in her Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle jammies. This is the percussion kickoff fundraiser. I will make an appearance at 4am to videotape, and share widely, their breakout session of composing. This is where the kids are placed in groups and assigned a set of instruments, with the requirement to work together to write a composition and perform it. Prizes involved. They work hard until midnight, then get a clinic with a professional composer/percussionist, then have pizza, then compose in their groups, then watch the sunrise, then perform for their donors tomorrow morning.
