McGrath Real Estate are officially the most dodgy and unprofessional real estate agents. Firstly when I was a landlord they didnt reference check my (lying, dodgy) tenants and then didnt chase them for rent so I ended up losing thousands and thousands of dollars until I was literally forced to sell my house and now I am a tenant looking to rent a new place and for weeks now they dont answer my phone calls or emails asking about properties they are advertising. If you are looking to engage a real estate agent on the rental side/property management I strongly recommend to steer as far away from McGrath as you possible can. Rant over but Im still pissed off
