Me and Lex had a nice ride today with Peso and Badger. The neighbors horses got loose AGAIN... and where do they run.... to our place...One covered in rain rot, hard to catch, feet bad.... Ticks me off.... Lex and I finally catch them, put shipping halters on them as a teenage boy walks up the driveway with lead ropes... (I guess hes going to lead two horses home w/a lead rope...no halter...horses that arent being taken care of....why ? (not to mention they havent been handled much so arent safe for someone with no experience to be handling) Because they rent the place and part of the lease agreement is they take care of the owners 2 horses...Then had the balls to ask me if we would take the horses and keep them at our place until the rain rot was cleared up, because they dont know anything about horses.... Not to mention, the place is on a busy road and they could have got hit by a car... Sorry for my rant, but if you dont know how to take care of a horse, WHY would you rent a place that requires you to look after them ? OMG Im so frustrated right now... My horses are my babies...spoiled rotten babies...Lex was so upset, she didnt even want to take the horses home... :( .... I hate people sometimes.... This is why I get along better with animals...
