A sound of dripping could be heard, though only faintly, echoing across the room. A sweet, high- pitched voice began to hum a tune softly, but you still had yet to wonder where you were. It was pitch-black and not a single light was found in the room. A candle was suddenly lighted, its small, tiny fire flickering now and then. Scared and hoping this was your last choice, you went closer to it. Thats not good of you~ a voice suddenly spoke out of the blue, startling you. You looked around, hoping to see someone within the small light provided by the candle but to no avail. You shouldnt go close to fire no matter how small~ A pair of hands covered your eyes. Then, you felt a breath near your ear. Theyll burn you~ Giggles filled in the dark room, whilst you were too busy trying not to be terrified. This was just a dream, you thought. Just a dream... You repeated, whispering in a horrified voice. The giggles suddenly ceased, and a low, menacing voice; venom dripping from the tone of her voice as she quietly stated, Indeed, it is just a dream...But, there are differences. It trailed off, driving you mad and paranoid. You want to escape, dont you? It asked, now the tone was back to the luscious one. You nod your head frantically, just wanting to escape from this hell hole. Then...Why dont we play a game? Ryuu-nee, may you teach this pathetic person the rules? Well of course, Ani-chan ~ The hands that once obscured your vision vanished. You blinked, trying to get used to the small candle light. You then noticed two shadows that appeared behind the candle. Squinting your eyes, you saw that it was two girls. One was taller than the other, having black shoulder- length hair and brownish-black eyes with a smile gracing her face. You shuddered a bit when her smile seemed to not reach her eyes. The other, albeit shorter did not seem less intimidating, having matching midnight black short hair and eyes. The smirk she had did not succeed in making you feel any comfortable. Jaa, lets talk about the rules of the game~ the shoulder-length haired girl, who you now recognized as Ryuu, said cheerfully. From this, you guessed the other must be Ani. Rule number 1... A knife was brought close to your throat in a blink of an eye. Dont even try to escape playing the game... Ryuu pressed the knife lightly to your throat as you gulped in fear, ... or Ill slit your throat. Rule number two... The knife was slowly brought up to your left eye. Dont try to cheat us... or Ill gouge your eye out. Maa, not like you can anyways. Rule number 3... The knife was then brought down to your chest, right in front of your heart. Put your heart and soul into the game, ne? Its a game after all and we want to have f~u~n~ Ryuu leaned and closer to you and whispered,Ill rip your heart out if we get bored by you~ And last but not least... Ryuu pulled back from you and joined her sisters side. They turned to you and said in unison. Good luck. You cant help but to shiver violently at that.
