Me to Facebook about charges for yoville membership: Ive asked for help cancelling this membership,because i couldnt get to the link to end this membership,because the link seemed to be a dead link, and since Zynga has chosen to announce the closure of yoville, for which this membership was started for use in, I dont believe it is fair that they charged me the membership fee this month, just days before announcing the closure of yoville. I would like a refund of these charges. Facebook agents reply: Hi ****, Thank you for your patience. I’d be happy to assist you. I apologize for any confusion you experienced when using our system. I have refunded the charge(s) to your funding instrument. Please allow 7-9 business days for the money to be available in your account. Unfortunately, I am unable to refund any overdraft or other service fees that may have occurred. Please be fully aware of all charges on your funding instrument moving forward. This was a one-time refund, and I will be unable to issue a refund again for accidental charges. We appreciate your understanding.
