Mea culpa. I fed my dogs junk food today. Me. The no soy no corn no gluten large breed meat based diet beef or chicken or lamb with added glucosamine chondrointin better quality food afficionado...( no I dont feed raw either).... conscientious ingredient label reading fanatic. Purina Alpo Prime Cuts was on sale so I bought 200 lbs to mix with their large breed ration so they can have a change of pace for spring. And right or wrong, like little kids eating frenchfries slathered in ketchup and eagerly drinking a coke to go with....they munched and crunched and wagged their tails with delight. Some days I like a cheeseburger and chocolate malt with fries and ketchup, some days I even like miracle whip wonderbread bologna days.... with all the evil stuff the food police warn you about.... This is their version. And they loved it! It smelled so artifically good I almost made it for our dinner, too! LOL So if you drink, smoke, eat hamburgers or bologna or bacon or fries or drink an occasional coke or chocolate malt...dont flame me! This will last them about a week then its back on the wagon. ; 0)
