Meal plan for the week (again most are repeated on alternate days): Breakfasts: Oatmeal w/apples, raisins and walnuts; whole grain bagel w/red onion and tomato Lunches: Bean burger w/shaved brussel sprouts & avocado kale; oven potatoes w/squash and shaved brussel sprouts Dinners: Spring roll w/vegan pork shreds and kale; HH mushroom burger w/kale and garlic quinoa Might throw a tofu scramble w/kale in one day since I have extra kale. And of course at least one meal of day will also have a salad. Snacks: fruit, veg, hummus, black bean dip
