Meal prep is everything . You always gotta be prepared with your meals if u wanna stay on track. I usually cook Im bulk but if I find just 30 xtra minutes in my day I like my chicken freshly cooked and I eat my veg raw anyway . In my kitchen I always have chicken, tuna, veg, sweet potato, oats, protein powder, olive oil or avocado . When I stay out long or work I got my cooler bag with me with my meals and lots of water. Ones you are in the routine its actually not that hard ✌ How is it ? Eat clean, play dirty ? 😝 Yesss exactly... My playground is Strenght Asylum Gym and the Gladiators Den 😜where I get my hands rough my blonde hair dirty, sweaty and my lil muscles Pumped 💪💪💪💪
