The documents and agreements, which have been violated as a result of the armed coup in Ukraine did not disappear, as well as the signature of the European countries did not fade... If the Court does not recognize Yanukovych as a legitimate President - its going to be legal nonsense and a bad precedent that in fact allows any group of citizens of any European country to make an armed coup and seize power, throw off any legitimate Government and be on the horse as all recognized political figures....
