Meanwhile, as I get myself into shape physically and mentally to take on a couple more cruise ship gigs in 2015, I revisit those days to get my chops together. Sold that Shecter axe to a bartending shipmate for same price I got it for on sale at a Guitar Center in San Diego. Awesome guitar! Mahalo plenty to some way cool folks who call me to play as all my steady weekly gigs slipped away. No more Cheesecake Factory. No more Turtle Bay. No more, no more, no more, no more... Gotta hit the road, Jack! Where one door closes another will open. Til then, open water, deep blue seas.....sharing the aloha and the Hawaiian spirit. This jam was us on the pool deck.... In the middle of the sea... Doing what we enjoy.
