Measurement is an essential part of life, else why would we be taught it in schools??? Likewise to get a blouse stitched, we dont blindly grab a handful of cloth, chop it up and wack it to some shape of a blouse with gunny bag sewing. Design, type of sewing, amount of cloth required, variety of cloth, even the embroider if any is planned with focus.There is a precision required to turn out a piece of refinement. In construction, dont we calculate requirement of mortar, brick and wood, per sq. feet. In laying a lawn, dont we calculate area with requirement of grass, as also variety of grass to provide for the requirement of the individual? We dont blindly grab some grass growing near a trash can and lay it in raggedy bits n pieces in front of ... say Nethradhama, for the purpose of landscaping ..
