Medal Monday - this was the most amazing race weekend! The Obstacle Course Racing World Championship was a gnarly course with 57 obstacles and a rule that you must complete every obstacle successfully in order to be eligible for the podium or prize money. There was an amazing field of athletes from 15 countries. I took 1st place in my age division, not because I was the fastest, but because I was the last woman standing - the only one to successfully complete all obstacles. Im so grateful to have been able to participate, to run with such a supportive new friend, and to have met so many awesome people. (And the prize money isnt too shabby, either!)
