Media Advisory for June 27, June 28, June 29 and July 1, 2013 NINE NEW RETAILERS CELEBRATE GRAND OPENINGS AT STATION PARK This weekend, Station Park will host grand opening festivities for nine new stores and eateries at its open-air center in Farmington, Utah. Beginning Thursday night with its monthly classic car show and continuing all-day on Friday, June 28 and Saturday June 29, Station Park is pulling out all the stops for its Seasons and Celebrations event. Monday, July 1, the festivities will conclude with the monthly held Family First Monday event. WHO: Station Park grand opening retailers: Bandidos Taqueria, Cherry Berry, Chico’s, Dickey’s Barbecue Pit, Gymboree, Habit Burger Grill, IT’SUGAR, Orange Leaf, Starbucks, and Sugar Daisy Bakery WHAT: On Friday, June 28, at 10:00 a.m., the first fifty people in line will receive either a free $25 or $10 gift card. Stores giving away gift cards include: Bandidos Taqueria, Cherry Berry, Chico’s, Dickey’s Barbecue Pit, Gymboree, Habit Burger Grill, IT’SUGAR, Orange Leaf, Starbucks, and Sugar Daisy Bakery. In addition, all weekend long, six (6) free passes to Lagoon will be given away. Each retailer will be hosting its own entertainment, ranging from live Bluegrass music to free caricatures, face painting and more. “Meet and Greets” will also be held with movie characters Iron Man, Merida and Rapunzel. On Saturday, June 29, from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., Station Park’s second annual Rock The Park summer concert series kicks off in The Village. Party Crashers, a fun, hip Top-40 band with excellent vocals, will headline the summer concert.
