Medical marijuana supporters have two new reasons to feel good about their chances of changing state law in 2015. First, Congress approved, and President Barack Obama signed into law, a measure that eliminated funding for the Department of Justice to enforce federal laws blocking the use of medical marijuana in states that have their own laws on the books.
