Meet Joy! Joy needs our help. She was born 10 weeks ago. She has been living in a shed in her owners backyard since the day she was born. Joy is the last of the litter to be adopted.. Why do you ask? Because she is unable to walk. She was examined by a veterinarian today. The xrays they took showed that she has a huge gap between her vertebrae. This injury was most likely caused by someone pulling her out of the birth canal. She is unable to stand but has SOME feeling in her back legs. She has urine scalding from laying in her own urine and also has scarring from dragging herself around on the dirt. The vet has agreed to keep her overnight, but after that her options are euthanasia, foster, or a rescue. Time is of the essence for Joy. We are in need of a RESCUE to take this girl in. She hasnt ever experienced anything a puppy should have. Tonight is the first night she has ever slept indoors. We cannot fail this girl. Please share her story far and wide. Lets get her noticed!
