Meet Maddy. Maddys former owners tied her mouth shut with her leash so she would not bark. That is her pink leash wrapped all around her body to keep her mouth shut. Maddy is a four month old Cane Corso ~ Pittie mix that is now with us at Park a Mutt Rescue. This poor girl has had a rough start but she will find her happily ever after. She has already made herself right at home with the rest of our pups and her and our lil Mio are now BFFs. This is her picture that set everything in motion. What kind of horrible, sick minded person ties a puppys mouth shut so tight she cannot bark. So tight she now has a white stripe where her hair grew back in over her scar. I have been tagged numerous times on the FBI now says Animal Cruelty is a Crime Against Humanity. You think if I call and file a complaint they will go and arrest the assholes that did this to her?
