Meet Moses! What a sweetheart! This boy is believed to be in the neighborhood of 10 years old (Im thinking more like 8), but hes still incredibly lively and animated. He is good with other dogs, cats, and most likely with kids, and knows some basic commands (and responds immediately to them). Hes a pretty big guy . . . has to weigh at least 90-100 lbs! Yes, hes a bit on the chunky monkey (well-fed) side, but hes also a very large boned golden! Moses will need to [eventually] make his way to Homeward Bound Golden Retriever Rescue in Elverta, and travels VERY WELL in a car without need for a crate. In the meantime, Moses and I will be out on the patio . . . he needs a good brushing at the very least, and also needs to be bathed . . . brushing is first on the list . . . Im not sure I want to subject him to a bath today while hes getting settled in.
