Meet Our New Staff Member!! Caitlin Comp, the new high school youth coordinator, comes to us from the mid-Atlantic. She and her husband, Dan, hail from Maryland, home of Maryland Blue Crabs, the O’s baseball, and Chessie, the “lochness” of the Chesapeake Bay. Caitlin was born and raised in this great state, though, and her nickname on the shore was always “Tex.” She grew up in Southeast Texas (Orange) and moved to Washington DC to attend The Catholic University of America. This is where she met Dan and they were married, on CUA’s campus, in 2013. Caitlin’s experience in youth ministry spans a decade and includes leadership positions in high school, college, and post-graduate worlds. She has also travelled with NET Ministries, putting on retreats for high school and junior high youth around the country. She loves singing (off-key), reading (anything by Scott Hahn is gold in her hands), and football (High School—shout out to her alma mater, the West Orange Stark Mustangs!). She and her husband will be getting a puppy soon, and are (really!) excited for winter. Caitlin (and Dan!) are so excited to be here at St Jude’s, and can’t wait to begin walking this journey of faith with our youth
