Meet Rue! Rue arrived at Austin Animal Center in early March as a stray. She was very frightened at the shelter so she is currently living in a foster home where she is receiving lots of T.L.C. Her foster mom reports that she loves running and playing with the other dogs in the home and is unsure what to think of the cats. Since Rue is a very cautious dog, she would do best in a dog savvy home with someone patient that will work with her to overcome her fears. The foster parent(s) may take several applications and meet with different applicants before they decide which would be the best fit for that particular animal.
