Meet Ruthie. She is our West Valley City Kitty of the day. Poor little gal has been at the shelter since June 14, 2014 patiently waiting for someone to love her. Hi folks, my name is Ruthie and I’m rather unusual because I have half a tail. I had a whole tail at one time, but for some reason it was removed and now I don’t even miss it. In fact, I like to tell all my friends I am almost a manx which elevates my status considerably here at the shelter. I’m really easy to have around; I love attention and pets but am OK entertaining myself if you’re busy or out for the day. I enjoy playing with feather wand toys and squeaky mice and Im fine with other kitties.
