Meet Tandi....She was on Lifetime TV on The Balancing Act this morning sharing her Skinny Fiber success! Tandi says.... I wanted to share with you the amazing story of my journey to a healthier me! I was born with a heart condition and saw numerous specialists as a child. I was always skinny growing up but gained weight after becoming extremely ill during my last pregnancy. I was fainting daily and couldnt sit up or stand for even a few minutes at a time. I was diagnosed with a condition called Neurocardiogenic Syncope with Atrial Fibrillation, Hypothyroidism, Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome and Gestational Diabetes. I was hospitalized 12 times in 9 months. At one point, I was in a wheelchair and had to have a home health nurse. I was on diabetes and thyroid meds, two medications to help keep me from fainting, meds to help my blood pressure and another to control my heart rate. The medication, steroids, inactivity and the thyroid condition caused huge weight gain. Gaining over 100 pounds during that pregnancy didnt help either! After delivery, the condition improved but I was still taking up to 12-15 medications at one point. All of them caused weight gain and side effects. I experienced seizures and low blood sugar episodes. I couldnt work and I became an actual recluse. Eventually, I had a heart procedure and with more medication changes, I was able to get rid of the wheelchair, but I still could not exercise. My weight ballooned from a low of 108 pounds to about 215 + pounds at my heaviest. I tried everything, Rx medications, fad diets, liquid diets, starving myself, high carb, low carb, low fat, nothing worked! I saw a picture of myself from a family function and was horrified! Then, I found Skinny Fiber. I am so thankful that I took a chance that day and ordered. I have now lost 61 pounds since June 2013! My insomnia is better, my migraines have decreased and my thyroid meds have been reduced twice! My liver enzymes are finally normal and I am no longer anemic for the first time in years.
