Completed since last meeting - opening a host class account in Grassroots, deposit of revolving fund of 20K each class, completion of solicitation letters using CSAT logo 2. Outstanding from last meeting - start of raffle ticket fund raising, determination of highest homecoming attendees +10%, distribution of solicitation letters 3. Changes since last meeting - boodle fight will be changed to a casual catering services, RXT Yamaha grand prize to change with TMX Honda 4. New matters - batch award for 2014 highest attendees, earliest assembly at the grandstand and last man standing award (3 awards pero excluded ang host classes); guest speaker, theme 5. Distribution of work / committees / action to outstanding items; a. Batch 87 - Solicitation letter managers, assist in raffle ticket program - In-charge of venue prep and activities b. Batch 94 - Raffle ticket managers, assist in solicitation letter program - In-charge of live band c. Batch 82 - Account and audit managers for solicitation and raffle ticket programs - In-charge of catering 6. Other matters - raffle ticket quota of 3K per batch, motorcade marshalls per batch, seting up a motorcade committee, registration fee still the same like previous homecomings which is 150.00 Php.
