Melissa and her friendly crew provided catering for us most recently at a “James Bond” gala dinner at Hedsor House for a group of 150. The high level of service, professionalism, attention to detail and management of the function was meticulous, and the standard of food second to none. Everyone was delighted with the evening and paid glowing compliments, in particular on the beef Wellington which was cooked to perfection and on the delicious trio of desserts. We are planning a similar event for next year. Melissa is again our caterer of choice and we are already looking forward to what is sure to be an evening of memorable gourmet dining and high style.
