Membership and Discipleship: Members, followers or disciples of any church is a very small number though the congregants we are thousands! Churches are almost full and more are being formed but the unfortunate part of this the number to attain Heaven is still very low! Members/ disciples/ followers of God will only qualify. Likewise our Lord, He had only 12 in number though he did many miracles to multitudes. He spent most His time with the twelve. He even preached the gospel to the twelve. He never did miracles to the twelve and yet we are after prophecies and miracles. Some people are with us but they are not part of us. There is no true membersip amongst us. A true membership in Christ automatically qualifies us to be citizens of Heaven. Lets aim for a membership with God not doctrine and habit of a church. I am confronted with what Peter did when he saw Christ walking on top of water. He never asked other members on board like Mathew or Bathlomew. He just got out of the boat and walked towards. Thats the true membership. Not a baptism certificate, marriage certificate etc. Remain blessed all my friends*
