Memory Lane ..Elizabeth Colvert was a different kind of child ... she was truly hand chosen from God for me ... shed give ya the last cookie, ask you not to curse around her, protected her brother from Mommy Dearest ... Bible schools were her summer fun ... birthday cakes consist of not Disney characters but Jesus, Angels and Quotes ... Im 11 and going to Heaven ...(her friends thought her strange at times) her room wasnt filled with all the girly things ...she enjoyed praying hands, rosaries, pictures of Christ and biblical items of sorts, people said I was going to confuse her bout religion ... but I was merely allowing her to freely seek her relationship w/ her Heavenly Father ... you could clearly see her desire to do so ... Much I could continue to say but this song always reminds of that little girl God blessed me with that wasnt really different ... she was merely a little Jesus Freak ... and as she starts all these new chapters in life ... Im gonna enjoy watching her become the young woman, wife and mother that comes from allowing your child to have their free agency ... PS ... thanks for the Donut this morning ...!
