Men/husbands should know when to ignore their women/wives. Women can never be satisfied (I Binta inclusive). Know how to say NO to our(women) excesses(curtail the excesses)....know when ENOUGH is enough. No matter how men toil, struggle, hustle to satisfy their women, we(women) might appreciate and thank you immediately but we will forget as soon as possible. Its not our(women) fault because thats our nature. Men, when you know within you and your Creature(God) that youve given your all, theres no point in killing yourself to satisfy a woman/women, leave the rest to God. I entered a taxi few days ago. The driver of the taxi was not only looking unkempt but also unhappy, absent-minded and tired. We were four passengers. When we reminded the driver that the traffic light has passed us because his mind was somewhere else. He apologized and started narrating how his wife has subjected him to physical and emotional torture because she insisted in travelling with their six children even after pleading with her that theres no money. And that the wife likes wearing expensive dresses just like their neighbours wife whose husband is rich. Things got rough for the man and the his wife refused to reason with him and slow her demands. He has not gone home for four days. He was doing kabu kabu and picking drops(charter) round the clock with closing and sleeping for four good days so that he could gather enough money for wife. I felt for him and advised him to go and rest for the sake of his health and and his family. One passenger advised him to get another wife, I told him that if he dares that, hell just die before his time because the second wife might be more terrible than the first wife and he agreed with me. That particular drivers wife didnt know that if the husband should have an accident or worse still, die in the process of pushing the husband to get the money, shell be worst for it. The burden of providing for the children will be shifted to her. WOMEN, please let reason with our men STOP comparing our husbands with other men. Were not competition. Everybody has their own time, different directions, destinations and destinies. May, God Almighty guide, guard, protect and bless our homes against all odds, Ameen.
