Mental Health Awareness Week starts today. The theme this year is Anxiety. If. like me, the mere mention of the word sets your chest off, your throat goes dry and lumpy and your head starts to ache, then youre in good company. I know what triggers mine and I also know how to say goodbye anxiety. Complementary therapies have long been the answer to reducing stress and anxiety: massage, tapping, hypnotherapy, reflexology and even just powerful meditation. We will run you through a few self help tools over the coming days. You can say goodbye anxiety too.
