Menu FINAL WARNING GALLERY This FINAL WARNING is to Barack Hussein Obama, Jr., who claims that his father was a man from Kenya, to Joe Biden, to Eric Holder, to other officers in the executive branch, to all the members of “Congress,” and to all the justices of the “United States Supreme Court”: As a citizen of the United States and one who knows that he and all his fellow American citizens are to support and defend our Constitution, our Flag and the Republic for which it stands — I, Everest Wilhelmsen, am now hereby giving you this FINAL WARNING on behalf of the American People. It is very near the appointed time that We the People of the United States are to abolish your unconstitutional movement, i.e., to rid ourselves of your design to reduce us under absolute Despotism. You have betrayed our trust, including the trust of millions of Americans who voted for Obama: He and each one of you knew prior to two elections and also while twice counting the electoral votes that he was ineligible to assume the Office of President. There is no doubt you knew that he was attempting to usurp our authority (our sovereignty), but despite this fact and the fact that each of you were obliged under our constitutional rule of law to formally ascertain whether Obama was eligible to campaign for and hold the highest office in our nation, you continue refusing to formally inform the American voters of his ineligibility. We, (i.e., many millions of Americans), now know why you did not honor your oaths to support and defend the eligibility requirements of Article 2, Section 1 of our Constitution — that you were in fact conspiring with Obama to usurp our sovereignty. You are in fact all usurpers levying (waging) war on the United States—attacking our representative form of government—committing fraud against the American people—supplanting our Constitution with a one party authoritarian state—aiding foreign enemies in your orchestrated attacks on our Republic. You know well that your numerous willful violations and alienation of our Constitution are not “CHANGE,” but the unconstitutional and arrogant dictates of a rogue and illegitimate government, one that experienced patriots now have the right and duty to abolish. THEREFORE, IF EACH ONE OF YOU DOES NOT FORMALLY DECLARE TO THE AMERICAN PEOPLE (VOTERS) THAT BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA, JR. WAS AND IS INELIGIBLE TO HOLD THE OFFICE OF PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES, (I.E., ACKNOWLEDGE PUBLICLY THAT HE IS NOW TRESPASSING IN THE OFFICE AND IN OUR WHITE HOUSE, THAT HE IS UNLAWFULLY ELIMINATING ALL OF OUR FUNDAMENTAL PRINCIPLES ACCOUNTED FOR IN THE UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION AND ABUSING THE AMERICAN PEOPLE), YOU WILL BE FORCIBLY REMOVED FROM ALL OF YOUR DUTIES IN A VERY HARSH MANNER AND YOUR VERY LIFE WILL BE AT RISK DURING YOUR ARREST AND THEREAFTER. NOTE: Your friendships with Obama and positions in this rogue “government,” obviously used only to protect yourselves from accountability, will not block the American people from holding you accountable. Your acts of treason against the United States—robbing the American people of their heritage—betraying them and their posterity will dealt with in accordance with law publicly for the global community to see that we are a nation ruled by law. What you falsely claim to be your “political and legal elite status” will be utterly abolished, never to return to the political arena. Believe me, your arrogance (even exempting yourselves from Obamacare while forcing it others) will not help you behind prison bars and/or in your death, i.e., execution. You are not in Europe, that is unless you choose to run to Europe before your arrest. And even so the more passionate American patriots — yes those patriots who are now refusing to hand over their guns to you — may follow you to Europe (or elsewhere) and hunt you down, and as American heroes bring you back for trial. It is Barack Hussein Obama, Jr. and each one of you, who have with your actions, including your lies, invariably (repeatedly and incessantly) declared war on our nation—ignoring many peaceful protests—declaring yourselves and all your foreign co-conspirators the enemy of the American people. We have very generously and mercifully given you many opportunities to change from your unlawful (arbitrary) course, but now we see that you are not listening, but are intent on enslaving us. Therefore, the time is VERY NEAR — you have brought it VERY NEAR — NOT SERVING AND PROTECTING THE PEOPLE, and each American citizen now has the right and the duty to apprehend you and abolish your political and legal status. In fact all of the “legislation” (“laws”), “orders” and “appointments” that Obama has signed are void ab initio. There is in fact no constitutional authority to impeach Obama: Our country at this moment does not have a sitting president. Obama is not a president and by law is to be arrested for usurping the Office of President. And that we will do with or without your help. If you choose not to help, however, you will be arrested with Obama and prosecuted for treason. The German people are the absolute authority of Germany, not the illegitimate government. The German people exercise, by virtue of their Sovereignty, this Basic Law, not by means of illegitimate authorities. The German people have been declaring this Basic Law since May 23, 1949. Germany Defined: Human rights (the basic rights) are very clearly defined in this Basic Law as the very essence of Germany, i.e., human rights are this Basic Law and the true identity of the German people. Human rights are the dignity of man and it is the duty of all state authority to protect it. State authority willfully violating and alienating human rights is, in fact, abusive and illegitimate. Human rights, defined by the people as directly enforceable law, are to be enforced against abusive authorities, i.e., against authorities that violate the Sovereignty of the German people. The words the constitutional order are in Article 20 GG and require all state authority to act in accordance with the order that the German people have been proclaiming daily since May 23, 1949. Human rights (the basic rights) are the constitutional order of Articles 1, 20 paragraph (3) and 79 GG, i.e., are the democratic rule of law, the very existence and security of Germany. Human rights are the basic principles” seen in Articles 1, 20 and 79 GG. One of them is All state authority is exercised by means of three separate organs, not by the organs conspiring together. The words this Basic Law are seen in Article 79 GG, and with Article 20 GG clearly specify that legislation that is not subject to the constitutional order of this Basic Law is not legislation. Legal Obligations: Each organ of the government must acknowledge that Germany is a nation ruled by law, that all state authority emanates from the German people and is exercised by the German people. As the absolute authority of Germany the German people require each one of the three organs of government to act separately as specified in Article 20 GG in order to have checks and balances.
