Message from Phil Randall received Saturday 25th January I witnessed sum thing at Beckerings Ressie today that I and another angler were absolutely gobsmacked by. An experienced angler who I wud never ave thought wud treat fish with no respect whatsoever. I watched him land 3 carp, weighed and photographed them and instead of returning them by sling he carried them in his arms at waist height bk 2 the water via a muddy slope by the side of a wooden platform.. I aint particularly bothered abt the angler if he broke his neck but I am concerned abt the welfare of the fish.. The club who buy these fish cud ave lost 3 upper dble carp and not only that we as anglers need 2 set an example 2 our future younger generation of anglers. I think angler X u r bang out of order how u treated them fish today.. I thought u was such a caring angler how wrong u proved urself today!!!
