Messages from spirit- Life is for living to learn all that we have came here to do, we are only here for a vacation of self exploration. Enjoy your time here spend time with loved ones. Make time to be happy to feel the inside your heart but also make time for those not so good times for there are here as lessons. They will always be around so accept them as they are not here to go against you in any way. Life will nu more than what you can handle . Life only gives you what you need. The biggest regret for spirits here in the spirit world is not living life to the full. Make time for yourself and instead of thinking why my at those low times, be strong and face fear head on and think what am I to learn from this. See lies challenges as lessons to be over come. Live in the moment and embrace all that you and all that you can be. The only thing that remains with spirit in the spirit world is love and memories every thing else just fades and disappears for it simply does not matter.
