Met two American post graduate doctors who are visiting ISI Kolkata from the Eastern Virginia Medical School, US (here for a month long stay), about an hour ago, while I was doing my morning exercises at the playground. They were also doing their daily routine, which was like a series of non-stop sprints, push-ups, pull-ups, leg-raises and what not. After I did exactly 15 pull-ups at one go, the male doctor and the girl attempted pull-ups and did five pull-ups each. When I pointed out to the girl that she was wrongly using the swinging motion while pulling up her body, she grinned and said Yeah I know, I was cheating. :) But you can only admire their stamina and overall fitness as their vigorous hour long regimen was non stop. Near the end when I said to them, You guys are really fit, the girl smilingly replied Not anymore!! :O
