Meteorologist Brian Davis: We will be brushed by the big storm heading up the east coast the next couple of days. If you are headed east into PA this morning, totals will increase from west to east with 1-3 inches falling by late morning as far west as Uniontown. Locally, Wheeling and the northern panhandle will see a dusting to a light coating over the eastern counties. Morgantown and south has the best chance of travel problems nearby.
