Michael Howard Mikie McDaniel Obituary Michael Howard "Mikie" McDaniel, 43, of Louisville, passed away Sunday, Sept. 8, 2013, at his home in Louisville. He was a native of Elizabethtown and had retired form Greenbier Rail Service. Mike was preceded in death by his mother, Bertha E. Young McDaniel; and two brothers, Walter Lewis McDaniel and Reggie McDaniel. He is survived by his wife, Patricia McDaniel of Louisville; his father, Claud McDaniel of Glendale; two sons, Anthony Robertson and Aaron Baker, both of Louisville; a daughter, Jessica Baker of Louisville; three brothers, Danny (Marsha) McDaniel of Elizabethtown, Greg McDaniel of Big Clifty and Kevin (Sharon) McDaniel of Glendale; a sister, Marlene (William) Goodwin of Upton; seven grandchildren, Trintin Baker, Taylor Nolen, Cyia Robertson, Anna Haskel, Jordan Baker, Shawn Baker and Cody Mancell; and several nieces and nephews. The funeral is at noon Wednesday, Sept. 11, at Manakee Funeral Home in Elizabethtown with the Revs. Anthony Young and Jimmie Baker officiating. Burial follows in Eastview Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation is from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday and continues from 9 a.m. to noon Wednesday at Manakee Funeral Home in Elizabethtown.
