Michael Ryan Coldren, Sr. Funeral services for Olive resident, Michael Coldren, were held 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 7, 2015 in the Memorial Chapel of Michael’s Funeral Home. Pastor Tyler McDowell of the Olive First Baptist Church officiated. Interment followed in the First Mission Freewill Baptist Campground Cemetery. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to the care of Michael’s Funeral Home of Drumright. Michael Ryan Coldren, Sr. was born in Tulsa, OK on December 10, 1979 to Denny Coldren & Sherry Ann Rice Coldren. He passed from this life suddenly at his home on December 31, 2014 at the age of 35 years & 21 days. Michael was raised and educated in the Olive area where he has lived all of his life. He worked 16+ years for Sweeper Metal Fabrication in Drumright. He married his school sweetheart, Faye Walker on May 6, 2000 & they had 2 children, Michael & Harli. In addition to spending time with his family and friends, he enjoyed learning about & shooting guns. He was baptized into the Olive First Baptist Church on October 28, 2014. He was preceded in death by his GRANDPARENTS: Lelburn & Faye Rice – W.D. & Wilma Coldren. He leaves behind his loving WIFE & CHILDREN: Faye Coldren, Michael Ryan Coldren, Jr., & Harli Ann Faye Coldren; his FATHER: Denny Coldren of Collinsville; his MOTHER: Sherry Rice Hefner of Olive; 5 BROTHERS: Wesley Coldren of Copan – James Coldren of Four Acres – Russell Randle of Olive – David Randle of Olive – Colt Coldren of Collinsville; a SISTER: Kaci Coldren of Collinsville; and numerous Nieces, Nephews, and other relatives.
