Michael and myself didnt end up cracking into the top 25 in this contest like we had hoped for. We did meet the criteria but unfortunately with our content we would have needed an undeniable product which we did not have. Thank you very much for the terrific support and helping us gauge where we are at creatively. Though I dont feel necessarily robbed about anything, I still stand by our product and have a few objections about some of the selections and find it difficult to hold my tongue about the fact that I feel we are better artists than the judges themselves, but no matter, we entered regardless. The subject matter for the finalists was redundant and lacked inspiration, a perfect model for why I believe in many aspects hip hop is a totally stagnant art form at the moment. Thanks again for the support, we have a lot of new material being loosely tied together that will be coming out sometime in the future. Theres no title or running theme other than absolute creative freedom and music for the love always.
