Michael is the most romantic man! He has sent me a couple of cool photographs lately. How ever did that rusty heart form on that tin roof? But he thought of me and sent it. What a pretty day lily! He knows I love flowers--they are all over the house! His thoughtfulness never ceases to amaze me. Last night we were listening to Jeff Beck and Eric Clapton play "Moon River". I was on the bed getting frustrated with Yahoo. He came over, held out his arms in a shall-we-dance request. I forgot all my worries. I forgot all my chest pain. I forgot all about the challenges that await us in our battle with this cancer. For those few minutes the cares of the world stopped and we were floating on air. (Actually, there was a rag rug in the way but we hardly noticed.) Heart to heart, two souls united, and a love that grows every single day. Never did I dare to dream someone would care for me like this. I am so blessed.
