Michaels Rules when he rules the world: #1 - All cars will be installed with a device that, should that car be on and running, cell phone use will be impossible INSIDE the car, furthermore said device will in the case of an accident automatically contact the emergency workers needed. #2 - an average will be taken of corporate CEO and politician salaries, another average will be taken of the salaries of cops,nurses,doctors,teachers, and anyone else that is deemed necessary for life and health. These two average salaries will then be swapped. The CEO and politicians will receive the second average salary while the second group will receive the first. Maybe more later as I think of em. We shall see.
