#Michelle #Louise #Tmm a fan asked gestational diabetes a question . can u help her her problem is : ok im new to gestational diabetes, i am 32 weeks pregnant and this is day 5 of checking my sugar by myself.... this may sound weird but does it make a difference if you use the first amount of blood without wiping any away to test with your meter? i tested my sugar was 138, just to be sure i changed the strip wiped away the blood and squeezed more out (without re-poking myself) and my sugar tested at 117.... the only amount of time in between was changing the strip in my meter, so maybe 20 seconds at most.... im seriously confused... any help?
