Mid week W.O.D for all of you today. Hope your progression hunting has gone well today. I have spoken to Sgt Jones and he has said he is happy to talk to and help anyone who has any queries regarding their application, especially those who wish to go to Harrogate. Right then the WOD. We have done a lot of core and abs lately so it think and arms and legs is needed today. Today it is a timed one but it is a dual exercise. This means you will do one arm exercise then straight in to the legs without any rest. Once you complete both you can then rest for 30 seconds. Dual 1 = press ups – alternative squat thrusts. 1 minute each then a 20 seconds rest. Dual 2 = chair dips – squat jumps as above. Dual 3 = wind mill press ups – lunges as above. Dual 4 = chair/stair ups. (This is where you start in the press up position in front of a chair or step. Then place one hand on the chair/step and then move your other hand there. Then return the first hand back down, now repeat with the second and that is one chair/step up.) – Burpees as above. Now take minute rest and repeat all for but this time each exercise is done for 30 seconds and rest for only 10 seconds. Have fun and remember to hit the like button so I know you have done some phys.
