Midnight moonlight, so cold, silent and bright, shifting sleep into an unreachable distance, existence seems so fleeting, like clouds on a rainbow, flickering madly behind my eyes. Dawn breaks slowly, like leaves unfurling on a giant tree, while the sky opens its eyes to delight, dew falls and mist rises and finally i sigh, as too late sleep comes for me, pulling me away from the waking world into a deep and meaningful respite.
