Having reasonable proof that Assar has gassed innocent men women and children why are we not punishing then for violation international agreements? Are we so self centered that we are telling the civilian population inn Syria that thy do not matter. Are we telling them that their being slaughtered does not concern us. That their life is worth less than ours? Are we not totally convinced that "all men " are created equal with certain unalienable rights. These dying civilian have hopes and dreams, children they love and want to live a decent life the exact same way you and I do. Yet we could say Its not our fight we do not care whats going on let them solve their own problems.Evil reigns where good men do nothing.To turn our backs on the Syrian people is a moral outrage If the Syrian govt were shipping oil to us and gas was going to go up by 2.00 gallon we would certainly feel "compelled to act" I hope Obama has the resolve to do what is right not what is popular.
