Mike and I took a cooking class at the Loretta Pagannini School of Cooking last night - an Italian feast! What fun! Chef Tim was great, along with his staff, and we had dinner while he cooked and gave us tips. Below is the Strawberry Cassata Cake filled with flavored ricotta cheese, whipped cream, sponge cake, rum sauce, strawberry sauce . . .yum, yum! Dinner was Caesar Salad with Limoncello Zabaglione Dressing, Homemade Saffron Fettuccine with Roasted Red Pepper Sauce, Herb-Crusted Pork Tenderloin, Roasted Fingerling Potatoes, and of course, the dessert.
