For an open-ended position to be filled immediately at our new Indian Business Unit based in Cochin, we are looking for: Deployment and Infrastructure Specialist – Reference MCIN025 Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities: 1. Configure hardware equipment and networks that on which Enterprise web applications will run. 2. Configure Continuous Delivery systems for agile developments: a. Subversion. b. Continuous integration server (Jenkins). c. Automated builds. d. Automated tests (Selenium/Jmeter). e. Monitoring and alarms. 3. Configure virtualized environments as well as physical environments. 4. Support infrastructure design and sizing. 5. Perform web application deployment activities. 6. Carry out application monitoring activities and implement alert systems. 7. Troubleshooting and performance tuning. 8. Provide application and infrastructure support. 9. Contribute with the development of Mindcurv’s Infrastructure, Support and Maintenance practice. Our Requirements: 1. Computer Science degree/diploma or equivalent experience. 2. 4 years of system administration experience. 3. 2 years experience with virtualization services. 4. 3 years of remote application support. 5. Operating systems: Windows, Unix and Linux administration. 6. Virtualization: VMWare, VirtualBox, Cloud (EC2 or similar). 7. Shell scripting. Perl or similar required. 8. Subversion, Hudson/Jenkins, Maven and ANT. Installation and administration. 9. Experience with installation and configuration of Oracle 10g and 11g databases. 10. Apache web server, Jboss, Weblogic installation and configuration. 11. Basic understanding of J2EE architectures and Java stack traces. 12. Excellent command of the English language.
