These questions are associated with our own attitude towards eating and living. Mindfulness is a state that can guide us to habitually healthy eating and also enhancing our state of mind. Myungheui is a qualified Nutritional Medicine practitioner and she will share some insights about mindfulness in which nutrition and lifestyle can maintain and further benefit the health and vitality in our daily lives. She will also talk about the medicinal properties of some versatile food ingredients that we can easily incorporate into our diet including a demonstration with some delicious Korean dishes. This talk is suitable for you if you want to feel more energized and become more mindful with your own inner health. If you are experiencing conditions such as mal-digestion, bloating, burping, diarrhea, constipation and other occasional (or regular) digestive limitations this talk might be helpful for you. About Myungheui Moon (also known as Soojin) Myungheui holds a BA in Spanish literature from Korea. After several years working in corporate trading company she moved to Sydney, Australia in 2004 and pursued an inner calling to study holistic medicine. There she trained in Nature Care College and became a certified Nutritional Medicine practitioner (2012). During that time she also became a qualified Kahuna bodywork practitioner with the Australian College of Kahuna Sciences in Mullumbimby, NSW. Myungheui is a Tai chi practitioner and a certified Korean cook. About Nutritional Medicine Nutritional medicine is a holistic, scientific evidence-based form of natural therapy. Nutritional medicine can build strength as well as wisdom so that individuals can be more in charge of their own health in increasingly demanding times. Primarily food and lifestyle recommendations are used as treatment protocol for the majority of the people.
